Sunshine OBX Cleaning & Property Maintenance was started by Cristina Garcia in Kill Devil Hills with a simple idea: owners on the Outer Banks shouldn't need five different contacts to keep one house in shape. Cleaning, small repairs, exterior washing, trash day, and checking on the house can all come from one local team.
Most of our work is with vacation rentals, vacation homes, and Airbnbs, where turnover day leaves no room for mistakes. We clean, make the beds, restock, and inspect every home against the owner's checklist, and we report anything broken or missing right away so it gets fixed before the next guests arrive.
We also clean and care for year-round homes, from weekly cleaning to deep cleans, move-outs, and post-construction cleanups. Wherever you are between Corolla and Wanchese, you get the same careful work and the same straight communication.
